Fyah Roiall’s debut album, aptly titled Underrated, is an exciting combination of Dancehall and Trap, as likely to enthrall audiences in the U.S. and Europe as it is to get a forward in Roiall’s home of Jamaica. Organized around Roiall’s distinct vocals and a beat aesthetic that draws heavily from the Trap-Rap sound that has ruled American markets for over a decade, tunes like "Energy," "Soda," and "Soundboii Freestyle" are compatible with contemporary Pop and Urban radio in the U.S. An early track from Underrated, "Spaced Out," was premiered by leading Hip Hop curator and Hot 97 DJ, Ebro, on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio. He described Roiall as a “Champion Freestyler,” using the word Grimehall to characterize the artist’s unconventional sound.
